Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding gaming services, events, and account management
  • Document client interactions accurately in our customer support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex client issues
  • Provide information on upcoming Esports events and gaming updates
  • Collect client feedback to assist in service improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on gaming trends and company offerings
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally associated with gaming or Esports
