If this sounds like you, you may be the perfect fit for our Content Studio team.What We're Looking For:• A social media and content enthusiast with at least two years of experience creating engaging, trend-setting online content.• A versatile content creator who can seamlessly integrate messaging across social platforms, blogs, and websites.• Proficiency in creating branded graphics, reels, and video content using tools like Adobe, Canva, CapCut, AI, or similar.• A deadline-driven professional who is solutions-oriented and self-starting.• Skilled in editing social media-style vertical videos and optimizing for maximum engagement.• Knowledgeable about crafting social initiatives that meet brand objectives, drive engagement, and show measurable ROI.• Familiar with leading social platforms, with the ability to analyze, measure, and report on engagement.• Able to research keywords and translate that research into compelling, well-written content.• A team player who can support and guide fellow team members while reviewing work for quality, strategy, and trending relevance.• Financially savvy enough to help manage client budgets and align with department goals.What You'll Do: As a full-time Content Producer and Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with the Content Studio team, playing an integral role in managing and implementing social media strategies, content creation, and reputation management for clients. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:• Conceptualize and Present Content Ideas: Brainstorm content campaigns that align with client goals and appeal to target audiences.• Content Creation and Scheduling: Develop all monthly content-including captions, graphics, and reels-ensuring it's on-brand and engaging. Use Hootsuite to plan and schedule posts.• Collaboration & Check-ins: Meet monthly with the Content Studio Manager and team members to review project status and align on strategy.• Content Planning: Map out monthly content calendars, with dates and coverage, and handle editing and proofing processes before scheduling.• Monthly Reporting: Keep clients in the loop with reports on content performance and key insights.At mhp.si, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment.
