Pre-Suit Attorney - job 1 of 2

As a Pre-Suit Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pre-litigation work. This includes guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You’ll also complete necessary approvals for liability issues and manage a team of Case Managers focused on personal injury cases.

To qualify for the Pre-Suit Attorney position at Morgan & Morgan, you must have a law degree from an accredited school and be an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association. Additionally, at least two years of personal injury experience is preferred, and candidates should exhibit strong client service and communication skills.
