  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and outreach materials tailored to each stakeholder, clearly articulating the value of MyOme’s Rare Disease solutions and differentiators

  • Partner with internal teams—including Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Product—to support onboarding, ensure long-term customer success, and continuously refine go-to-market strategies

  • Translate customer insights and market dynamics into actionable feedback to inform product enhancements, roadmap prioritization, and future strategic partnerships

  • Represent MyOme externally at relevant conferences, working groups, and strategic discussions to expand awareness and credibility within the rare disease ecosystem

  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes to secure new business and formalize partnerships

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to report on pipeline health, opportunity prioritization, and key performance metrics related to Rare Disease growth initiatives

  • No specific degree prerequisites. If you can do the work exceptionally and approach it with humility, we’d love to connect.

  • 10+ years of experience in biotech or diagnostics sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a proven track record of success in the concierge medicine, executive health, or high-net-worth patient segments

  • Proven track record of launching new products and managing complex sales cycles independently

  • Strong understanding of rare disease testing, including genome and exome analysis, copy number analysis, and clinical diagnostic workflows

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clinical and executive decision-makers

  • Deep understanding of the rare disease landscape, including institutional adoption pathways, clinical pain points, and reimbursement considerations

  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
