NRDC is seeking a Coordinator, Donor Onboarding to work with the Development Donor Systems team in our New York office.
Development Donor Systems is an operations team within Development at NRDC that serves as a center of operational excellence within the department. The team and each team member’s specific responsibilities continue to evolve as we build out our technology platform to support the department and organization as they grow. This is an exciting time during which we can shed old processes and ways of working that are no longer serving the institution. Flexibility, adaptability, and patience will be necessary to perform successfully in this role.
Reporting directly to the Donor Onboarding Manager, the Coordinator supports the Development, Donor Systems, Donor Onboarding function. Donor Onboarding is a gift operations unit that processes contributions, emphasizing the data integrity of NRDC’s Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database which facilitates a seamless reconciliation with Accounting.
This role is a cross-functional team player who collaborates with other teams, so donations are processed swiftly and accurately in our Salesforce database. The ideal candidate would be a data-oriented self-starter who likes to problem solve and has a strong ability to manage competing priorities.

We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment. Salary is based on a nonprofit scale and is commensurate with skills and experience. Internal equity will be reviewed and considered to determine a final offer. For this position, the salary range is $55,000 to $61,000.
NRDC operates under a hybrid work model. Employees are required to come to the office 8 days per month.
