Les sites de production de Nemera sont situés aux États-Unis, en France, en Allemagne et en Pologne et au Brésil. Le siège social et le Centre d'innovation Insight pour la conception et le développement de dispositifs sont situés à Lyon 7e.

Insight regroupe les expertises telles que : Ingénierie mécanique & électronique, Expertise matériaux, Laboratoire, Métrologie, Design industriel.

Description du poste

Design Engineer F/H/X

(CDI)

 

Nemera recrute un.e nouveau.velle Design Engineer F/H/X pour rejoindre son centre d’innovation et R&D basé à Lyon.

Le.la Design Engineer contribue à la réalisation de phases de développement et de vie série, dans la gestion d’une activité technique ou liée à la conception. Il, elle gère la documentation du projet selon le processus New Product Innovation (NPI) pour les phases de conception.

Le poste est basé à Lyon et reporte directement au Design Manager.

 

Missions (liste non exhaustive) :

 

Activités de conception:

  • Contribuer à définir et créer des produits ou concepts innovants, basés sur des principes d’ingénierie,
  • Conception détaillée des composants et des produits, y compris l’analyse de tolérance des systèmes,
  • Application d’approches de tests appropriés pour réduire les risques dans une conception,
  • Investigations et études de robustesse sur certaines fonctions du produit,
  • Contribuer à l’activité Design for Manufacturing (DfM),
  • Analyser les défaillances potentielles du produit et définir les plans d’actions de résolution de ces défaillances,
  • Former les collaborateurs aux exigences techniques et organisationnelles,
  • Soutenir activement la qualification de conception, y compris le développement de tests,
  • Interaction technique avec des fournisseurs,
  • Rédaction de rapports techniques et production de documentation de conception de haute qualité.

 

Participation au projet:

  • Travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour créer des solutions nouvelles et innovantes,
  • Participer aux revues de projets,
  • Participer à des activités de projet partagées, telles que des analyses de risque,
  • Présentation des résultats et des informations aux clients si nécessaire,
  • Agit en tant que référent / expert dans les activités de conception,
  • Contribuer au transfert du projet à d’autres étapes, en soutenant le transfert des conceptions vers la fabrication / les opérations.

 

Qualifications

Diplôme d'Ingénieur en génie mécanique, en génie de conception ou en génie de conception de produits. 

Vous avez une formation technique dans la conception et le développement de produits (le dispositif pharmaceutique serait idéal) et une expérience avérée dans la conception détaillée et le développement de produits d'idéalement 5 ans.

Connaissances de la conception, le développement de produits de grande série et de l’injection plastique.

Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et le français.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités de présentation technique et de rédaction.

Expérience des logiciels de CAO (idéalement SolidWorks ou Creo) et / ou outils FEA (structure, fluide, moldflow,…)
