The Role:

Our Transport Allocators play a critical role at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient delivery outcomes for our customers. They are the bridge between our shippers and carriers, managing high volumes of freight activity while maintaining strong relationships and a sharp eye on performance and service quality.

You’ll also collaborate closely with teams across Product, Solutions, and Sales, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for our partners. This is a high-energy, supportive environment where innovation, teamwork, and a passion for problem-solving thrive.

What You'll Do

• Managing key relationships with our shippers and carriers. Maintain strong, trust-based relationships, manage expectations, resolve real-time issues, and continuously look for ways to improve service levels and partner satisfaction
• Coordinating and allocating shipments through our carrier network through matching the right loads to the right carriers, using a mix of real-time insights, operational judgement
• Monitor data and capacity - make decisions to ensure commitments to our customers are met — efficiently and on time.
• Solve Technical Challenges – Become an expert for troubleshooting and tech issues,  ensure reliable and efficient transportation services to help carrier businesses keep their operations running smoothly.
• Be the First Line of Support – Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, providing top-tier service.
• Turn Challenges into Opportunities – Handle customer inquiries with confidence, playing a key role in transforming our customers into loyal, long-term partners
• Educate & Empower – Help carriers optimise Ofload's offerings, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.
• Accurately Track & Report Interactions – Log and track interactions with precision in the Ofload Platform, ensuring that every detail is captured and actionable.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with your team to share feedback and drive continuous improvement, enhancing both internal processes and the customer experience.
• Expand Your Skill Set & Career – Build your network internally, develop new technical and partner support and problem solving skills
