Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager (Apps Acquisition) to drive our marketing campaigns via paid marketing activities. 

For this role the applicant will be focused specifically on growing demand for our travel inventory in Southeast Asian through well-honed App Acquisition techniques and strategies. 

This is a unique role and we are looking for a new team member with passion for App marketing especially and in depth knowledge of the travel vertical in Southeast Asia.

The successful applicant has responsibility for ensuring our paid marketing is delivering the predicted return. 

This role will play a critical role in Omio’s success, as our ultimate objective is to deliver a complete and pleasant experience for our customers and enable our revenue growth.                

The position is based in Berlin and we offer a hybrid working model (50% in the office, 50% working from home).

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Omio, you will work on:

Planning, implementing and managing app campaigns through several of our largest channels in the company across different markets in Southeast Asia.

Build and execute roadmap to improve the app tracking, measurement, and optimization infrastructure

Develop and execute App strategy to build efficient User acquisition and Retargeting campaigns

Be responsible for managing campaign performance on several advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Apple search ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc)

Collaborate with our Marketing, Engineering, and BI teams to develop and maintain optimization tools and reports.

Make informed recommendations to our Marketing and Product teams.

Work closely with the design team on creation of engaging campaigns and running professional A/B tests.

Work closely with the analytics team to fully understand the full customer journey funnel as well as all relevant performance KPIs.

Ensure that you keep ahead of industry best practices through research and testing.

Qualifications

What you should bring to the role:

An ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns: Understand user cohorts and journeys on Apps, from install to re-engagement

You should have knowledge of at least one of the App measurement partners (AMP) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular etc. 

You have knowledge of recent developments in App measurement around ATT, SKAdNetwork Solutions, Modelled Conversions, Consent Mode, Opt-ins and GDPR.

Also you are familiar with at least one of the following platforms and tools.

  • Facebook Power Editor, Smartly or other PMDs
  • Programmatic platforms
  • Adjust or other app tracking technologies.

You are familiar with the major KPIs of the channel and metrics that influence KPI’s performance.

Extensive experience in campaign management and Automation

You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in processing a great amount of datasets and presenting insights.

Knowledge of any programming language such as python or SQL is considered to be a strong plus.

A passion for learning and growing in app marketing.

You are fluent in English, and added bonus: proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Southeast Asian markets.
