What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Claims Specialist to join our European team. Have you worked with cars before and you understand how technical and electrical parts work? Can you combine this with good computer and negotiation skills? This might be the job for you!

What will you do?

  • Deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Following up on the work in a fair, responsive, timely & customer-friendly manner.
  • Claims handling to all parties involved: buyers, sellers, suppliers, …
  • Liaising with other departments to obtain missing information.
  • Analyzing, defining, formulating and executing the solution.

Who are you?

  • You must have a comprehensive knowledge of cars, including expertise in repair and estimation (this requirement is mandatory).
  • You are fluent in English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
  • You have previous experience in a similar role.
  • You have good computer skills.
  • You are goal-oriented and enjoy providing support to customers.
  • You can handle negotiations and difficult conversations with the parties involved.
  • You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable working internationally.
  • You can work three days per week at our office – possibilities for home office twice per week.
