Skills: Candidates should have 3+ years of social media management experience, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with tools like Hootsuite and Canva.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS or tech-related fields, familiarity with SEO best practices, and video editing skills.
Location: This is a fully remote position, with the company based in Santa Barbara, CA.
Compensation: $70000 - $90000 / Annually

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring our first ever dedicated Social Media Manager! You are data-driven and a creative pro with a strong understanding of social media best practices, analytics, and reporting–as well as the ability to create compelling content. This could include blogs, long-form articles, or social media posts, with a focus on crafting narratives that resonate with our audience. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, this person will play a key role in creating, implementing, and managing a social media strategy focused on elevating brand awareness as well as other strategic business goals. Candidates should possess strong writing and storytelling skills, demonstrate excellent judgment, and multitask effectively.
