PARS Therapy seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist for home health care. In this role, you will serve as a partner to the patient during their recovery journey, focusing on restoring mobility and enhancing their functional capabilities. Your responsibilities will include maximizing the individual’s quality of life and movement potential through the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation of their condition.

Responsibilities 

  • Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist. 

Requirements 

  • Active license in the state of TX required. 
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required 
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy 
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred 
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities. 
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices 
  • A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments
