Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, Facility Managers, Commercial Brokers, and Business Executives.
  • Implement multi-layered and tailored marketing approaches to target specific client needs.
  • Utilize and manage internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Luxor & RMS.
  • Provide weekly updates and progress reports to management.
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Organize and promote technical training and educational programs for industry professionals.
  • Plan and participate in seminars, tradeshows, golf outings, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent Paul Davis at industry associations, such as the Fox Valley Adjusters Association.
  • Support charity initiatives and community service efforts.
  • Assist in developing and refining marketing processes and business development strategies.


Requirements

  • Outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while solving problems and providing creative solutions.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong ability to promote company values and services.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in professional marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Industry Experience: Knowledge of construction management, property and casualty insurance, property management, or facility operations is beneficial.
