💼 Ta mission

Tu rejoins l'équipe Product Marketing de la track Financial Services, avec pour mission de maximiser l'équipement de nos clients avec des Comptes Pro et d'en accélérer l'usage et reporte à un Group PMM

Tu as pour mission d'animer nos canaux de distribution et notamment nos programmes de remise avec nos partenaires comptables et intégrateurs, avec les objectifs suivants :

Animation collective et individuelle des participants au programme (suivi dédié, communications offline, webinars, ateliers en présentiel)

Définition du positionnement produit le plus adapté à tes différents interlocuteurs (expert comptable, collaborateur, manager, sales)

Gestion du reporting du programme et tiering selon la performance des partenaires

Nous cherchons un profil ayant les compétences et qualités suivantes :

- Force de proposition

- Autonomie et assertivité

- Volonté d’accompagner nos partenaires/collaborateurs dans la construction de leur discours de vente

- Capacité d’adaptation à tout type de public : cabinet, intégrateur, Sales, small SME

- Pédagogie et capacité à animer et former une communauté d’ambassadeurs Compte Pro

- Capacité de coordination avec les autres départements pour limiter le risque de touchpoints redondants

- Rigoureux, structuré, organisé

- Très bonnes capacités d’adaptation et de communication

- Anglais requis (à l’oral et l’écrit)
