Your success will be in your hands as you develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve a 30% annual revenue increase for your assigned territory. This involves identifying key accounts, penetrating existing markets, and creatively prospecting for new opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, and collaboration with the marketing team. You will also be a key driver of the Phillips brand, embodying it and executing the brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Mastering the market is crucial, and you'll develop deep market intelligence, enabling you to provide accurate sales forecasts and identify emerging trends. You'll utilize our CRM system to effectively manage accounts, track projects, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Being a trusted advisor is paramount. You'll conduct thorough needs assessments, understand customer challenges, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our Hybrid and DED technologies.
