Are you ready to take your skills as a Respiratory Tech to the next level? Join our dedicated team in Muscogee County, GA, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients. As a PRN Respiratory Tech, you will be responsible for administering aerosol therapy, conducting chest physical therapy, and performing oximetry evaluations on non-critical patients. But that’s not all – you’ll also engage in Basic Life Support activities, teaching patients and their representatives vital respiratory care techniques. Your day-to-day will include cleaning, assembling, setting up, and maintaining necessary respiratory equipment and supplies, ensuring that everything is in top-notch condition for optimal patient care. You’ll be working under the guidance of a licensed Respiratory Therapist, where you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience in non-invasive respiratory procedures. If you’re currently enrolled in an AMA-approved respiratory care program and have completed at least one semester, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll need to maintain active student status and provide a letter of recommendation from your Program Director. Having completed a student respiratory floor therapy rotation adds to your advantage. While no licensure is required, a current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a must. If you have completed your second semester, obtaining ACLS certification within your first 60 days is also necessary. Come join us and jumpstart your career in respiratory therapy!
