We’re looking for a talented and innovative Product Manager, a leader by nature, and passionate about building the most innovative products for the leading SaaS platform for CSPs.

What You’ll Do 

  • Join Plume Data Services, the exciting new team building cutting-edge analytics and AI services for the communications services provider (CSP) industry
  • Lead product strategy, dDesign, and development and manage activities for a subset of Plume’s SaaS data services platform for CSP users with focus on actionable insights, intelligent support, and network observability. products from product definition and planning through production and release.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop a visually current and forward-looking user experience (UX) related to our SaaS products.Build the technical product roadmap.
  • Be the centralized resource that defines, designs, and tests the product(s) as they move from production to distribution. 
  • Work alongside sales, customer support, marketing and other stakeholders  cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical product requirements.
  • Build the technical product roadmap, aAssess timelines, review technical specifications, and participate in security, scalability and infrastructure activities.
  • Ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards.
  • Monitor product’s performance post-launch, including gathering feedback and proposing necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor customer and market trends, and identify insights that should be incorporated into our product strategy. Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and prioritize feature implementation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field.
  • Ten (10) years eExperience in the tech or data services industry related to product management; experience with SaaS analytics and reporting platforms a plus.
  • Experience working within the telecommunications industry or with WiFi/Wireless, SMB, or MDU preferred.
  • Must have a technology background.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute on product plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.

Total Compensation package would include: anticipated base compensation range of $171,000.00 - $201,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.  Benefits include: a 401k plan and a company match, basic life insurance plus unparalleled health, dental, vision and other benefits and perks.
