NetSuite Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a motivated NetSuite Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to support our business operations and strategic goals. The NetSuite Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring NetSuite, supporting system integrations, and working closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for NetSuite.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Configure and optimize the NetSuite ERP system to improve operational efficiency within departments.
- Develop workflows and automation to streamline processes.
- Create and maintain saved searches, dashboards, reports, and KPIs for better decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite.
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of new NetSuite features.
- Support NetSuite upgrades and implementations.
- Generate reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay updated on NetSuite release notes and new features to maximize system capabilities.
- Maintaining documentation and user guides related to business processes and system functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an ERP environment, with a focus on NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with SuiteFlow (Workflows), SuiteScript, SuiteTalk (APIs) is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and providing system solutions.
- NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using NetSuite and other ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually
