Accounting Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk at PURIS, your responsibilities will include validating and entering invoices for payment, preparing and sending invoices to customers, obtaining vendor and customer forms, issuing billing reminders to past due accounts, reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests, and more. Essentially, you’ll be an integral part of the accounts payable process, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

For the Accounting Clerk position at PURIS, a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred, alongside 0-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Essential skills also include proficiency in data entry, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities, as well as intermediate knowledge of Excel.

While experience in finance within the food manufacturing space is preferred for the Accounting Clerk role at PURIS, it is not strictly required. What's most important is your willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
