Vos missions :  

 

Rattaché.e à la Responsable Régionale Solaire, vous assurez l’assistanat des équipes solaires et éoliens. 

 

Gestion administrative et logistique pour l’agence et les équipes :   

 

  • Accueil téléphonique et des visiteurs, gestion du standard,  
  • Secrétariat général : courriers, scan, reprographie, fax, relecture, archivage,  
  • Coordination des services généraux en collaboration avec le Gestionnaire des Services Généraux du siège,  
  • Organisation des déplacements des équipes solaire et éolien, des réunions et visites de sites.  

   

Assistanat général et suivi des démarches administratives liées au développement de projets solaires et éoliens :  

 

  • Traitement des données propriétaires / exploitants/parcelles  
  • Obtention des documents de référence : cadastre, relevés de propriété, etc.  
  • Gestion des demandes de levées de servitudes  
  • Suivi et mise à jour et gestion des bases de données 
  • Constitution et gestion des dossiers d’opération 
  • Gestion des documents liés à la maîtrise foncière aux acteurs concernés (notaires, propriétaires, exploitants, élus locaux) 
  • Gestion documentaire de la data room foncière et administrative 
  • Assistance pour la préparation et le montage des dossiers :  suivi reproduction des pièces nécessaires à la demande d’exploiter, dossiers ICPE, suivi des validations et workflows internes 
  • Assistance au reporting de l’activité mensuelle du développement solaire et éolien, gestion des tableaux et des fiches de suivi d’activité 
  • Constitution et mise à jour des mailings list nécessaire à la communication vers les parties prenantes ; suivi des envois de mailings externes 

HSE :

Contribution à la culture Santé, Sécurité et Environnement de l’entreprise via : 

  • Réalisation du travail dans le respect des mesures de prévention mises en place au sein de l’entreprise et reprises notamment dans le Document Unique, les Politiques Santé, Sécurité et Environnement, procédures, modes opératoires et guides ; 
  • Déclaration de tout événement ou situation pouvant représenter un danger pour les personnes y compris collègues et prestataires et/ou l’environnement ; 
  • Participation aux événements de formations et de sensibilisations traitant de ces thématiques.   

 

 

Qualité :

  • Respect et mise en œuvre de la politique d’entreprise et des procédures qualité ; 
  • Participation à la mise à jour des documents du système de management de la qualité ;  
  • Déclaration des non-conformités et participation à la mise en place d’actions correctives ; 
  • Participation aux actions et projets d’amélioration continue et de partage des savoirs. 

 

Votre profil :  

 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac + 2 dans les secteurs de la gestion ou de l'administration et possédez une expérience réussie dans la gestion administrative.  

 

  • Vous utilisez quotidiennement le Pack Office dans votre travail et êtes à l’aise dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques d’une manière générale.   

 

  • Vous êtes également reconnu.e pour vos qualités rédactionnelles en français.  

 

  • Autonome et fiable, vous savez gérer vos priorités grâce à vos capacités d’organisation et votre grande rigueur.  

 

  • Vous possédez par ailleurs un excellent sens du contact, de l’équipe et du service qui vous permet de travailler de manière coopérative et transversale en interne et avec des prestataires.
