As the VP of Sales at QCP, you'll play a pivotal role in the evolution of our organization and the digital asset landscape. Based in a flexible environment with no specific location constraints, you will be at the forefront of driving growth by proactively identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new institutional and high-net-worth clients within the UAE and neighboring GCC countries. Your expertise will help you build and nurture long-lasting relationships, actively listening to client needs and providing them with bespoke trading solutions in spot trading, options, and structured products. Moreover, you’ll lead client meetings with engaging presentations, gather valuable market feedback, and collaborate closely with our talented internal teams to shape our growth strategy. With a minimum of 6-9 years in sales and trading or wealth management, and ideally some experience in digital assets, you’ll be adept at analyzing competitor offerings and translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
