Business Support Coordinator Housing (Home Based)

£25,883-£27,245 pa + excellent benefits

Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Home based - UK

You have strong administrative and organisational skills and willing to work towards a CIH L3 or L4. All you need is the perfect environment to put your skills to great use. Welcome to Waythrough as a Business Support Coordinator.

You will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Housing Management function, ensuring it runs smoothly by managing data and coordinating key processes. This will include:

  • Providing admin support for tenancy management, rent processes and compliance monitoring
  • Assisting in updating/maintaining housing records, including occupancy agreements, arrears reports and property inspections
  • Supporting the team when they are preparing for audits, regulatory returns and compliance checks
  • Monitoring key housing-related deadlines such as occupancy renewals, rent reviews and compliance reporting.

You will have strong administrative and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
