WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Strategic Alliances Manager is accountable for maintaining relationships with and managing the day-to-day activities for Relias’ largest and most strategic partners, as well as identifying opportunities for new partnerships that drive value to the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Own the relationships and day-to-day management of Partners, acting as liaison between Relias and the partner.
o Proactively resolve any issues that arise with the partner.
o Negotiate and manage Partnership Terms and Conditions in accordance with Relias’ Partnership Program standards.
o Ensure accurate reporting; work with the Finance team to confirm accurate payout calculations.
o Monitor and report on partner performance.
o Continuously evaluate partnerships and make adjustments as needed to optimize business outcomes.
o Manage renewal and termination process for current partners.
o Conduct quarterly and annual partnership reviews.
• Work with Product Management and Corporate Development to identify potential partners who are aligned to Relias’ strategy and business objectives.
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to help inform partnership approaches.
o Identify opportunities for partnership expansion in alignment with Relias’ strategy and goals.
o Research and evaluate new potential partners that align with company vision, objectives, and goals.
o Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and others to align partnership goals with company strategy.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in a partner or client management or related role
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Demonstrated history of project management skills
• Demonstrated history of negotiation skills
• Strategic and data-driven thinker, capable of analyzing partner value and building business cases for partner benefits
• Hands-on, self-directed person who plans, prepares, and executes professionally
• Strong collaborator with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
• High energy, enthusiasm, and initiative
• Experience with SalesForce a plus
• Familiarity with Relias content and products a plus
