About the Team


The DoorDash New Verticals Retail team is a fast-paced, high-performing group responsible for growing and scaling our North American Retail Partners. This is an external-facing role which also includes much internal cross-functional partnership to improve the strategy, product management, marketing, operations, analytics, finance, & legal aspects of our partnerships. You will report to a Senior Manager on our North American New Verticals Retail team.


About The Role


As a Retail Enterprise Partner Manager you will manage and strategically grow a portfolio of Retailers in specific verticals to grow our position as a best-in-class delivery service provider.

  • Launch, manage, and grow your Retail partners by being Merchant first - focusing on their goals via successful integrations, streamlined operations, maintaining high quality and strong marketing & merchandising. 
  • Steer the development, adoption and scaling of new opportunities alongside our Retail partners - by understanding their needs and developing pitches for new lines of business that provide a best-in-class customer experience and either optimizes or scales their omni-channel business.
  • Work cross-functionally across DoorDash to reach goals and align resources that build our partners' digital presence for growth and revenue.

  • You communicate clear visions and strategies for your partners and are comfortable making decisions based on imperfect data
  • You cultivate mutually beneficial relationships - You are a collaborator, and consensus builder, with a bias towards ownership & action
  • You have experience with and are very comfortable using SQL and Analytics/Visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Mode)
  • You have 6+ years experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups
  • You have retail, e-commerce, or marketplace industry experience, with consulting experience a plus
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

Compensation


The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.


Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission.


California Pay Range:

$121,200—$193,200 USD

Colorado Pay Range:

$121,200—$174,000 USD

New Jersey Pay Range:

$121,200—$193,200 USD

New York Pay Range:

$121,200—$193,200 USD

Washington Pay Range:

$121,200—$183,600 USD
