Insights Analyst

As an Insights Analyst at RetailNext, your primary responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior through in-store data, creating KPIs, and conducting video analysis to provide actionable insights that respond to custom customer questions. Insights Analysts at RetailNext frequently utilize tools such as data visualization software and Python programming for data analysis. You will also engage with the RetailNext product to best address client inquiries and provide comprehensive insights rooted in rigorous data analysis and understanding of shopper interaction within retail spaces.

When tackling data visualization, I initially focus on understanding the specific questions that need answering. I ensure that the data I select is relevant and aligns with the objective of the analysis. Then, I choose the best visualization methods to represent the findings clearly and effectively, aiming to communicate insights in an engaging way that highlights patterns and trends.

In one of my previous projects, we encountered discrepancies in customer behavior data. I took the initiative to analyze the data thoroughly to identify the root causes.
