Korean Functional and Linguistic Tester

Job Overview

Position – Functional and Linguistic Tester (Only native speaker of Korean language)

Type of employment – Full-time & Permanent job with sponsorship of work permit.

Work location – Work from home but occasionally required to work at the office in Bangkok.

Working hours - Monday – Friday: 09:00 am – 18:00 pm with 1-hour lunch break.

 

Key Responsibilities of this position

  • Functional test on a range of software products under their Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Document (Acrobat) and DVA (Premiere Pro, After Effects) product lines.
  • Checking all display, character fonts, input methods etc.
  • Reporting issues and explaining impact on local users.
  • Regression testing.
  • Complete the assigned tasks and be punctual.

 

Main qualification

  • Only a native speaker of Korean language will be considered.
  • Business level of English to communicate with Test team and work in an international environment.
  • Currently residing in Bangkok Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok Thailand at your fund.
  • Experience in software products, either creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator) or Documentation (Acrobat) or DVA (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • A level of technical competency & independence in troubleshooting software issues.
  • Prefer experience in translation, localization industry/area.
  • Experience with both iOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Experience with both PCs and MACs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT OR language major is an advantage.
  • Keen to detail in languages and your assigned works.
  • Passionate about language.
  • Use up-to-date technology in their own lives.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently.

Step 5: Online interview.

Step 6: Final announcement.
