  • Research Skills. Expertise in a variety of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, and the ability to adapt methods to specific project needs.

  • Communication. Exceptional storytelling, visualisation, and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences. Bilingual proficiency, you’re able to interact professionally in both Italian and English.

  • Collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Tools and Tech. Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, or equivalent platforms. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
