ABOUT THE ROLE
The Category Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for a specific category within the Southern Cluster (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Chile). This role involves collaborating with the Global Team to develop strategic brand paths, designing local Marketing Plans (4Ps), and executing commercialization plans to achieve category objectives (portfolio management, volume, N$, profit, market share share).
This role offers the opportunity to support the company's growth plan and drive innovation by leading the development and implementation of marketing plans, overseeing new product development, and ensuring effective advertising campaigns. The Category Manager will play a crucial role in aligning marketing activities with the overall corporate objectives and contributing to the success of the Southern Cluster.
The Category Manager will lead, direct, supervise, and develop a team of marketing professionals. This role reports to the Head of Marketing for the Southern Cluster
