What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Design team, responsible for delivering the latest security and identity products. You will work on complex, enterprise-level systems, ensuring they are visually appealing, innovative, and user-friendly, while also mentoring fellow designers to ensure high product design standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI/UX product design for multiple company products, focusing on complex security applications

  • Drive the full product design lifecycle, from research to wireframes, design, prototyping, and user testing, while independently leading the end-to-end process from ideation to final implementation.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform strategic design decisions and enhance product differentiation.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and support engineering during implementation.

  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS complex systems.

  • Proven experience working within cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality designs.

  • Previous experience mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level designers.

  • Strategic design thinking & Figma mastery to align design decisions with business goals and optimize workflows.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or other technically complex products.

  • A pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest details.

  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and meet deadlines.

  • High level of written and spoken English.

  • A team player with strong leadership skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in designing mobile apps.

  • Experience in cybersecurity product design.
