Required to work within many different computer environments to track, scan, identify, validate, and access medical records. Responsible to maintain data and statistics to support activities.
Review and analyze documents for the electronic medical record with strict attention to maintain patient confidentiality guidelines for safeguarding patient medical information. Ensure documents are readily available in the electronic medical record for patient care and medical decisions. Required to work within many different computer environments to track, scan, identify, validate, and access medical records. Responsible to maintain data and statistics to support activities. Assist with release of information requests.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$16.35 - $23.08Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.Sentara Obici Hospital, a 175-bed state-of-the-art facility, is located on Godwin Boulevard in Suffolk, VA.
