About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating user-centered products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications to effectively communicate design ideas.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.

  • Ensure designs align with the overall product vision, user needs, and business goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliverables.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system and guidelines

Required qualifications:

  • Must have exceptional visual design skills, strong product thinking, solid prototyping skills and spike high in interaction design. 

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile applications.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
