What You'll Do:

  • Proactively prospect, develop, and manage your portfolio, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

  • Strategically manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, providing insights and forecasts to leadership that shape our growth.

  • Engage directly with brands and agencies, conducting at least three compelling in-person sales meetings weekly.

  • Influence strategic direction by advising leadership and cross-functional teams on market trends, opportunities, and innovative sales strategies.

  • Cultivate lasting partnerships with influential decision-makers at top brands and agencies, fostering sustained revenue growth and long-term relationships.

  • Maintain a collaborative and partnership-oriented mindset, emphasizing long-term growth and success.

The total compensation for this position is in the range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year in New York. The total compensation is inclusive of the company's accelerated commission scheme, offering the opportunity to earn uncapped additional performance-based compensation based on exceeding revenue targets.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.
 
The pay range for this position is below:

    • 180,000 - 220,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
