Commercial Manager

SLB Capturi is a leading carbon capture technology company. 

We serve a range of carbon-emitting industries including cement, blue hydrogen, bio/waste-to-energy, and gas-to-power among others. Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. We see a daily growth in our market potential as a rising number of customers look to carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) and our company to solve their emissions challenges. 

SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

The Role:

As a Commercial Manager in SLB Capturi, you will: 

  • Contribute to business development for technology licensing and EPC project sales.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary tender teams preparing bids and lead contract negotiations for studies, FEEDs, and large EPC projects.
  • Formulate winning strategies with the regional sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Licensing on license and engineering fees.

 
You have:

  • A desire to make a difference and take part in shaping a new sustainable industry.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to understand multidisciplinary Experience with management of multidisciplinary teams. 
  • Relevant background with more than 10 years’ commercial or project execution experience within EPC, Renewable, Energy or other relevant industries.   
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English; international experience is a plus. 
  • Experience working with commercial contracts including FIDIC, NTK or similar will be a plus. 
  • Experience from using of sales support or CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Xait will be a plus.
