Maintenance Technician - Part Time

This includes responding to resident requests, making electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs, and managing outdoor tasks like pool maintenance and landscaping duties. To qualify for the Maintenance Technician position at Spectrum Retirement Communities, candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional training, such as a one-year certificate from a college or technical school, is preferred. Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is beneficial, especially with systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
