As a Server at Spectrum Retirement Communities, your main responsibilities include guiding residents to their tables, presenting the menu, assisting in drink selection, and accurately communicating their orders using our advanced point of sale system. Additionally, you’ll handle dining room setup and closing tasks to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The Server position at Spectrum Retirement Communities offers a competitive pay of $13.00 per hour. The schedule is part-time, mainly during the evening hours, allowing for flexibility while still committing to providing exceptional service to our residents.

In a situation with a difficult resident, I would first listen actively to their concerns, show empathy, and assure them that I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly. Keeping a calm demeanor and providing excellent service can often turn the situation around.
