Responsibilities:

Seeking a marketing pro to join our rapidly growing commercial real estate firm. If marketing is your mindset and multi-tasking is your superpower, this position is for you.

As an essential player in the SRS Denver office, you will provide marketing, branding, and public relations support to our commercial real estate brokers.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of SRS’ industry-leading retail real estate brokers and the presence of the SRS brand in the local market.

You will be backed by the corporate marketing team which provides access to the best marketing software, tools, and templates in the industry as well as ongoing training.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree or related-experience preferred 

• 3 years experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations

• Strong understanding of marketing, social media, and public relations

• Solid project management and communication

• Some graphic design experience necessary

• Previous CRE experience helpful, but not mandatory

• Ability to effectively navigate marketing tools and software

• Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel proficiency

What’s the work?

Marketing & Branding 

• Lead marketing campaigns, results, and optimization for the local office or assigned service line.

• Collaborate with brokers to understand their business needs/opportunity areas to inform campaign strategy.

• Records, learns from, and reports on marketing campaign success and learnings. Making recommendations and taking actions to optimize future campaigns.

• Serve as the local brand ambassador—ensuring that all communications, presentations, and collateral enhance the SRS brand and are consistent with corporate brand guidelines.

• Uses marketing templates to create local marketing materials, including digital and print. Seeks help from graphic designer for heavier lift design projects.

• Design print and digital marketing packages, tour books, and presentations for property listings, retailer clients, and business development pitches.

• Lead and manage the CRM for the local office, including best practices for acquisition, segmentation, and maintenance. 

• Manage the email marketing calendar for the local office, which includes creating and sending SRS emails for property listings, retailer clients, newsletters, and other announcements.

• Lead the local social media presence, which includes creating a content calendar, publishing content, managing comments. Then use reporting metrics to optimize content each month. 

• Evangelize social media best practices with brokers in your office to enhance their professional presence online.

• Stay in-the-know on local market, retail, and competitor trends so that you can contribute to giving SRS a competitive advantage.

• Ensures adherences with process standards and channel best practices.

Public Relations and Events

• Create a local media and industry relationships to strengthen your offices image in the market.

• Create transaction-related and company-focused press releases for distribution to local media. Analyze results and continuously work to strengthen relationships.

• Work with team members to submit market/industry award applications for local office and brokers.

• Identify speaking opportunities to better position the local team as leaders in the industry.

• Assist in event planning for regional trade shows or nearby corporate events.

Transaction Support 

• Build and maintain property listings, client information, and team member bios as needed on srsre.com, CoStar, LoopNet, and other third-party sites.
