About Us 
We are StoryShift.ai, an ambitious pre-seed AI startup working to disrupt customer experience management and marketing with cutting-edge AI solutions. Our team is focused on building a robust, scalable AI application powered by state-of-the-art technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs). We’re looking for a motivated IT Infrastructure and DevOps Intern to join us and contribute to the backbone of our technical operations. This internship provides an opportunity to work hands-on with AWS, DevOps practices, and LLM integrations, with the potential for full-time employment as we grow. 

Position Overview 
As an IT Infrastructure and DevOps Intern, you’ll collaborate with our engineering team to build, optimize, and maintain the infrastructure supporting our AI application. Your work will involve automating deployments, ensuring system reliability, and integrating LLM applications and services into our architecture. 

Responsibilities 

  • AWS Infrastructure Management: Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability. 
  • Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and updates. 
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance and resolve issues proactively. 
  • LLM Integration: Work with the engineering team to integrate various LLM applications and services into our platform. 
  • Security Best Practices: Assist in securing our infrastructure by implementing appropriate security measures and protocols. 
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations. 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM. 
  • Basic understanding of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. 
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or similar languages. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. 
  • Interest in AI applications and cloud-based architecture. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana. 
  • Exposure to working with LLM APIs and services such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms. 
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation). 
  • Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices. 
  • Previous experience with DevOps or cloud-based internships or projects.
