The ERP NetSuite Support Engineer will enhance and maintain the NetSuite ERP system while supporting users in Finance, Accounting, and Administration to improve business operations and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include supporting end-users, architecting solutions for integrations, analyzing technical programs, and training users on NetSuite functionality and enhancements.
Skills: Must have five years of ERP support experience, three years of NetSuite support, SuiteScript development proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with five years of practical technical support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Location: This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Compensation: $66379 - $170037 / Annually

The NetSuite Support Engineer will support existing NetSuite ERP system, analyze business requirements, implement changes to NetSuite and build interfaces with third party systems. The Engineer must follow best practices and align with company goals while creating better procedures and solutions to increase performance and revenue.
