Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Junior) Account Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Köln, Frankfurt, Berlin, München oder Hamburg.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du setzt selbstständig die umsatzverantwortliche Akquise, Betreuung und Beratung nationaler Werbungtreibender / Key Accounts auf Direktkund:innen- und Agenturebene um - über alle Branchen hinweg
  • Du gestaltest erste Termine und Angebote eigenverantwortlich
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen und Kalkulationen und verhandelst direkt und persönlich mit werbetreibenden Unternehmen
  • Du trägst damit die Verantwortung für den Vermarktungserfolg der Premium Brands der Ströer Content Group
  • Du baust Branchen-Know-How zur optimalen Kundenberatung und -betreuung auf
  • Du führst Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen durch
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammen, um unsere hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen 

Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium und hast mindestens 1-2 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich der digitalen Werbevermarktung/-planung bzw. in der Medienbranche
  • Du hast Spaß an Akquise und daran Kund:innen mit überzeugenden Argumenten zu gewinnen
  • Du verfügst über gute Software-Kenntnisse (u.a. Google Sheets und MS-Office wie Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und hast eine analytische und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise
  • Du bist flexibel und belastbar sowie begeisterungsfähig und kreativ
  • Dich zeichnen Teamorientierung sowie eine hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz aus
  • Du hast die Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit und Präsenz bei Kund:innen
