We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has high ownership of their sourcing pipeline and a bias toward action

  • Thrives in ambiguity, sets their own structure, and iterates for impact

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Partnering closely with recruiters to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles

  • Researching target companies, communities, and talent pools to identify qualified prospects

  • Running personalized outbound sourcing campaigns to engage top engineering and product talent

  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines using tools like Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • U.S.-based and available Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling)

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting early-stage or VC-backed startups

  • Deep curiosity — you love puzzles, systems thinking, and hunting for hard-to-find candidates

  • Passion for building inclusive, equitable pipelines and familiarity with DEIB best practices

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (bonus if you’ve used Ashby)

  • Interest in tech and product — you stay curious about what companies are building and who’s behind them
