Job Summary
Plan, lay out, and install all necessary rigging components for safely lifting and installing equipment, machinery, and materials in accordance with all plans, specification, codes and industry standards. Must know how to select, attach, and use appropriate slings, cables, pulleys, winches, blocks and sheaves, wires, and straps to safely accomplish all lifts. Must have the ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman.

This exciting role involves planning, laying out, and installing rigging components necessary for safely lifting and installing various equipment and materials. You will be responsible for selecting, attaching, and using the right slings, cables, pulleys, and more, ensuring everything complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in the industrial or commercial construction sector and a solid understanding of the ironworker trade. You'll work closely with your crew, fostering positive relationships and supporting each other in producing high-quality work. Moreover, we're looking for someone who can read drawings and specifications effectively, communicate well, and hold a current rigger certification. Safety is our top priority, and you'll need to be physically fit, as some tasks will require lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying outdoor conditions.
