Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc., one of the fastest growing IT companies in the world, is looking for highly skilled individuals with expertise and experience in developing end-to-end optimized solutions for large-scale AI clusters to fill a Sr. Product Manager position. This role involves designing, building, and deploying advanced AI clusters, including defining network topologies, selecting optimal hardware and software in terms of Compute, Storage and Network, optimizing hardware and software performance, and leading cluster-level testing to support AI use cases and enable successful cluster turn-up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and requirements for large-scale AI clusters
• Work with internal teams and external partners to develop AI cluster solutions, optimize hardware and software performance, and lead cluster-level testing
• Lead engineering, service and technical support teams to address any issues and concerns efficiently
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
• Develop the technology and create the solution to solve the defined problem
• Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required
• Drive internal process improvements across cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• B.S. or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in networking, system hardware engineering, software engineering, or product management
• Familiarity with AI hardware architectures and network topologies and understand bottlenecks and dependencies in a cluster environment
• Proficient in compute, storage, networking hardware, and related technologies
• Experience in building large-scale AI clusters and expertise in data center architecture and deployment
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
• Ability to work in a highly interactive, cross-functional collaborative environment
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Salary Range

$156,000 - $181,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
