Front-End Software Engineer

At XBorg, we aim to empower the next generation of players by building applications that unlock personalized digital experiences, opportunities, and rewards based on players’ gaming and social activities. We are redefining how players navigate their digital world, truly rewarding them for their time and effort spent gaming and socializing.

Our flagship product, a white-label solution to revolutionize fan engagement, is used by some of the largest esports teams in the world like Team Liquid, Ninjas In Pyjamas, Team BDS, and more to be announced soon.

After raising over $9M in community funding and successfully launching our XBG token, we're leveling up our team to build game-changing apps for millions of players and fans.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of front-end systems using Next.js.
  • Collaborate closely with the back-end team to ensure seamless front-end integration.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end features for scalability, high performance, and efficiency.
  • Integrate backend APIs for smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Provide support for products and services in production once released.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end systems promptly and efficiently.


What You Might Bring
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and strong experience with Next.js 14, especially with server components.
  • Experience with complete front-end integrations, including mobile responsiveness and complex state management systems.
  • A passion for gaming and/or expertise in Web3 and decentralized technologies is a plus.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years in software development.
