Tabs is an AI-powered accounts receivable platform for B2B businesses. Using the power of AI, Tabs is able to understand and extract elements from even the most complex B2B contracts and then power an automated AR process from contract-to-cash. About the Role

Tabs is looking for a Product Marketing Manager and exceptional storyteller to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, developing our narrative and messaging for both partners and customers, and lead internal and external enablement efforts to support our expanding partner ecosystem,  

You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and the partnerships team to define category leadership, launch new capabilities, and help scale our fast-growing team. You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and product positioning that resonates with both customers and Tabs growing ecosystem of partners.

  • Product Launches: Lead go-to-market efforts for new products and features, with a focus on launches tied to strategic partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem expansion. 

  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Develop collateral, sales decks, talk tracks, and one pagers for both internal teams and external partners to communicate the value of both partnering with Tabs and Tabs for their customers. 

  • Partnership GTM: Collaborate closely with the partnerships team to support the full partner lifecycle - from co-marketing programs and events to joint customer stories and announcements.

  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape across core product and partner ecosystems, and translate insights into strategic positioning and enablement materials.

  • Campaign Support: Support integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline across both direct and partner-led channels.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1 year in product marketing, ideally at a growing SaaS or Fintech business.

  • A strong storyteller and communicator who can distill features into benefits and technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

  • A strategic thinker who enjoys working cross-functionally with product, partnerships, success, and sales to drive results.

  • Curious, customer-obsessed, and results oriented. You have a passion for learning and a bias toward action.

  • A first-principles thinker and excited to build in a zero-to-one environment and help scale the marketing function and drive impact.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Familiarity with financial workflows, such as billing, revenue recognition, or AR/AP

  • Previous experience working closely with sales or partnerships teams

  • Background in early-stage startups or high-growth companies
