Business Development Rep - CCA

Job Description:

The Business Development Representative – CCA for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines. 

The selected candidate will work to become a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs for the sales organization.

Will routinely develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and closing new business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintains and builds relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support, serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

  • Drive vendor initiatives and supports partner enablement activities. 

  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

  • Support partner enablement activities and work closely with internal teams to achieve vendor-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.

  • Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.

  • Build customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX’s product portfolio.

  • Actively participate in the sales team customer account planning and review process.

  • May attend industry specific business training from vendors. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma required.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.

  • Proficient in customer relationship management, negotiation, and office skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.

  • Capable of following instructions, operating common office equipment, and performing accurate data entry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, including formal presentations.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.

  • Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.

  • Adaptability to change and ability to perform under pressure.

  • Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards with a commitment to confidentiality.

  • Skilled multitasker with strong relationship-building and empathy.

  • Comfortable with prolonged phone use and extended periods of immobility, standing, or walking.

  • Quick learner with proficiency in new systems and technology.

  • Willingness to work non-standard hours or overtime occasionally.

  • Able to work in a professional office or remote environment.

Other Education/Certifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Conditions:

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for vendor meetings or events.
