Commercial Security Service Technician

DescriptionThe client is looking to add a commercial service technician with strong fire experience to their team as they continue to grow the footprint in MD.The technician will receive their service call schedule a week in advance and typically sees an average of 4 tickets per day. Calls range in time, some could be an hour, some could last a day or two.. The technician will be given the use of a company vehicle.They need to have experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment,The client works with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista and any others is a plus. Also experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxideIn addition to that if they have fire experience that would be great, not necessary, they can be trained on these panels.
