Epic Patient Access Analyst

Our customer is looking for someone to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This person will be joining the patient access team and will play the role of a Cadence Trainer, with the opportunity to get certified on the build side to eventually play a hybrid role. They are seeking someone from a patient access background, preferably someone who has trained before and wants to get into building. Certification in Cadence and potentially other modules will be provided.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate is confident but mentally flexible. The team has strong personalities and most members are driven with type A personalities. Adaptability to changes is crucial. The candidate needs to work well with end users as they will interact with operations frequently. Experience in patient access workflows is preferred as it is relatively easy to train them on the rest. This role is hybrid, involving both Analyst work and training with various patient access workflows. Certification in at least Cadence will be provided.

  • Contract-to-Hire Duration: 6 months
  • On-site Requirement: 4 days a week for the first 6 months, then 2-3 days a week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
