The ERP Developer will be responsible for creating new technology focused on TerrAscend’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with a focus on Epicor development. 


The ideal candidate will possess the ability to author new code, perform configurations, maintenance, and support for Epicor along with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology interfacing with that system.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to coordinate with users via phone, email, and chat systems
  • Collaborate with peers and team members to understand and create feature functionality
  • Be comfortable and capable to produce articulate and proficient written documentation, including correspondences, presentations, ticket notes, and reference materials
  • Author and update new and existing code, including adherence to approved best practices, notation and coding practices
  • Provide Tier-1 user assistance support including user accounts and assistance with functionality, including user access and permissions
  • Provide Tier-2 type support including server maintenance, patch installation and release cadence, outage response with the ability to coordinate additional support through third-parties as necessary
  • Provide troubleshooting including root cause analysis investigations and remediation planning


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a Computer Science field
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming languages for at least 1 year, with C# preferred
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge with relational database formats
  • Familiarity with SQL scripts and stored procedures
  • Experience with software development upgrade paths, testing, and deployments
  • Experience with SDLC
  • Ability to be self-motivated and create goals based on data and user experiences
  • Awareness of the Agile development method


$65,000 - $75,000 a year

The position is remote.  When necessary, there may be some travel involved to visit TerrAscend locations.
