You will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage daily resident care, perform thorough patient rounds, and diagnose a variety of acute and chronic conditions. To be eligible for the Physician role at Theoria Medical in Plymouth, WI, you must hold a valid medical license to practice in Wisconsin and have completed your medical degree, along with residency training. Experience in long-term care and familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly ChartEasy™, will be beneficial. A commitment to patient-centered care, as well as the ability to supervise NP and PA staff, is essential.
