The World ID team is on a mission to empower every person on the planet with a unique digital identity that distinguishes humans from AI online.

As the driving force behind World ID, the team oversees the entire lifecycle of the product—from user experiences to developer interactions. Our goal is to establish a decentralized identity protocol that is open for any developer to contribute to and build upon.

About the Opportunity:  

As a Product Manager on World ID, you will be the internal and external evangelist for the features that you lead.  You will be able to influence across the entire product development life cycle from concept to requirements to enabling engineering to go to market.  You will define the strategy and own the success metrics and delivery in line with the top priorities of the World project.

In this role, you will: 

  • Contribute and support a multi-year roadmap for World ID features

  • Understand the user and developer needs fully, engaging with them regularly, to inform the product roadmap

  • Collaborate on metrics and analytics related to your roadmap

  • Work with the broader World ID team to define the long term strategic roadmap

About You:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

  • 2+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant domain (e.g. fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, DeFi).

  • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or previous experience in an engineering or design-focused role highly preferred.

  • Experience as a former founder or IC defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy and design for a variety of products and features, ideally across mobile-first experiences.

  • Proven ability to design processes, navigate ambiguous environments, and synthesize high-level goals into actionable roadmaps. 

  • Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience.

  • You have a bias towards action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): 

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $220,000 - $240,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
