Accounting Analyst

As an Accounting Analyst at Topsort, your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, overseeing the monthly and quarterly close processes, and efficiently managing accounts receivable and payable. Topsort seeks candidates with 3–5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, a bachelor's degree (preferably in accounting or finance), and strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting theory. Big 4 experience and a CPA or CPA candidacy are preferred. Additionally, familiarity with international tax processes and various accounting software is crucial for success in this role.

Success as an Accounting Analyst at Topsort requires strong analytical and communication skills, a mastery of Microsoft Office and accounting software (including NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Xero), and the ability to navigate a dynamic startup environment. Proficiency in Spanish is also needed, as Topsort operates with teams across different countries.
